High Tech Views - Award Process -Participating in the Process Innovation Awards

Participating in the Process Innovation Awards program is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3! Here's how the process works:

Complete one Nomination Form for each candidate you are nominating.
Return each form to High Tech Views before the close of business on January 29, 2010. This deadline is firm, so be forewarned!
Submit the appropriate processing fee (see below) for each nomination you submit.

There is no limit on the number of nominations you may submit – nor on the geographic location of your nominated solution. However, a separate processing fee (see below) must be remitted for each one.

The Nomination Form may be returned email to info@hightechviews.com.

Nomination Forms & Processing Fees
Request the Nomination Form which is available as a word document by emailing Marlee Rosen at info@hightechviews.com. Nominations are acceptable as long as they are prepared in electronic formats. Please e-mail your file(s) – including the questions as well as the answers – to info@hightechviews.com

Processing Fees
As noted above, a processing fee must be included at the time of submission for each nomination submitted. The fee this year is $130.00 (US) and may be remitted in three ways:

by mailing a check (checks must be payable to Process Innovation Awards in US funds and drawn on a US bank) to REC, 10333 Meadow Crossing, Tampa, FL
via Paypal, which allows you to use such major credit cards as MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. (Please send payment to info@kineticinfo.com.)
by emailing us a corporate Purchase Order that we may use for billing purposes (please provide the PO Number and add 5% for administration). Our email address is info@hightechviews.com.
